Meet the Team

Eric Lewis has been a resident of Southern California since 1947. Prior to becoming involved with real estate
in the Big Bear Valley he had a 27-year career in the corporate arena with one of the largest Bearing
& Power Transmission companies in the world.  His background was in sales and operations and involve
extensive national and international travel.

Eric first came to the Big Bear Valley in 1952 and fell in love with the area. he acquired a second home
here in 1960 and moved here permanently in 1986. Eric is very active in the community with the Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake, the Arts Council of Big Bear Valley, and the Big Bear Lake International Film Festival.

He is active in youth sports - having been a coach in both PopWarner football and Little League baseball.
He is a board member with the Performing Arts Foundation for the City of Big Bear Lake. He is married
to Mary Ann, an elementary school teacher and has two children and five grandchildren. When he has
spare time, he can be found either with his family, on the golf course, or working on his collection of
antique cars.

Eric Lewis prides himself on his love and knowledge of the Big Bear Valley and his customer service. He is
well versed in all aspects of the real estate market in the area - residential, commercial, income property,
vacant lots, and acreage. He is knowledgeable in the latest technology to allow him to serve his clients in
the current real estate market. As a longtime member of the real estate community in the Big Bear Valley,
he is able to offer expertise and knowledge that serves buyers, sellers, and investors.
